The study found that students low in self-efficacy with  coping skills that they were unsure on how to use and when to use struggled
at university. The proposed solution is to teach students coping skills, help students to use them when experiencing stress, or
anticipating stressful events, and build up confidence in personal resources so that demanding tasks can be tackled without
experiencing debilitating psychological states.
